Dogpatch USA 12-07-14

Dogpatch USA has a new owner and he has opened up Dogpatch USA for the weekend so that people can walk around the old amusement park before he makes changes. The amusement park closed in 1993 and has been decaying slowly as nature took over the grounds.

The rumor is that the new owner is going to make it into artesion marketplace type set up, but he most certainly has his work cut out for him. 

Morning Magic 8-9-14

Dustin and I went on an early morning date. We went up to the lookout in Norfork, with caffeinated hot beverages in hand, to watch the sun rise. The fog drifting up off the water below along with the changing colors of the rising sun gave the whole scene a magical flair. It was beautiful and my camera hardly caught the splendor.

Molten Lava Love 1-7-14

Every 7th of every month my husband and I go on a date. We got married on 06-07-08 and since then we have done a date every seventh. This is us digging into our special treat of a chocolate molten lava cake at Chili's, after our yummy dinner. Fun night!
