Well That's All Folks!

I took a picture for just about every day of this past year!
I only missed 9 out of 365!

It was fun, and I took a lot more picture than I've ever taken before. I am glad I went through with this project even if I missed a couple days. As I look through the blog posts, the pictures help me remember what I did this year.

Thank you all for being subjects for my pictures, for following my blog, and mentioning how much you love seeing my pictures to me when you see me out and about. Thank you for taking time to view this blog, I really do appreciate it and I hope you all found something to enjoy here!

These are some of the special people I got to spend my year with and the people I got to end it with. We had a lot of fun tonight!

Poor Polly 12-30-14

So after my early morning workout at the gym, I head to work. As I am pulling out of the parking lot I am met in the turning lane by a Jeep Cherokee. This is what he did to me, and all my Polly did to him was leave some purple paint on the bumper of his Jeep Cherokee. 

The passenger door won't open and the left headlight, and the innards behind it are smashed.

Thankfully my dad came to my rescue shortly after it happened. Ray and Dustin came later to tow the car over to a body shop.

Everyone was ok which is always a good thing, but I am extremely sad about my sweet car! She was my first car and has always resembled freedom to me. She belonged to me, I paid her off, and I knew every little way to touch her to make whatever creaks or shaking noises that would happen. I had her named before I even signed a single paper. Now look what has been done to her! SO very sad!

Chilly Sunset 12-29-14

Taking the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood I looked behind us and saw this! So pretty!

He's 3! 12-28-14

My nephew is turning 3!

I can't believe it's been 3 years already! 

His mommy made him a Thomas the Tank Engine cake.

Unfortunately he started feeling sick a few bites into his pizza. 

After Spending some time in Uncle Dustin's arms, throwing up on the couch and getting some essential oils rubbed on his belly, he started feeling much better.

Gentle Giant 12-27-14

Gobber and Gabby, my in-laws dogs, are staying with us for a few days. Every once in a while I look over at Goober and he is like this, sound asleep.

Walk It Off 12-26-14

Mom and I went on a walk around the Clysta Willet trails today with the dogs.

It was chilly but fun to get out and walk with her!

Christmas Day 12-25-14

What a great Christmas this was! I got to be with my family all day!

Christmas Eve 12-24-14

Today is Christmas Eve!

My dad took our family picture today, so I can't put that up here,

but we attempted to do our own before he came by.

We had my in-laws over for a Christmas Eve Fondue party. It was a great day!

Getting Ready 12-23-14

We got ready for our fondue Christmas Eve party tonight. I made a pretty centerpiece with burlap and decorations from nature. I had never done a big centerpiece before,

and I actually did pretty well on it!

Precious Moments 12-22-14

Got my yearly ornament from Aunt Pattie in the mail tonight. According to some of my family members I use to look like a Precious Moments doll when I was little with my big brown eyes and blond hair. So, Aunt Pattie sent me this sweet little Precious Moments Angel to hang on our tree.

I love it!

Even Through the Chill 12-20-14

Dad, Dustin and I took a hike on the trails at Pigeon Creek today. It was a chilly day but it was perfect hiking weather.

Sister Date 12-19-14

My sister asked me to go to lunch with her today. So of course
we went to Dusit Thai!

Progressive Dinner 12-18-14

Some of the ladies of Sneed Eye Associates got together for a progressive dinner tonight. We went to three different houses. One house for salads, another for the main course and the third home for dessert and some Christmas games. It was a very fun evening!

New TV 12-17-14

Dustin ordered this TV on Black Friday. He didn't get it till today. He waited and waited for his new TV, then he got it. He got it out of the box, put it up, and plugged in everything. He turned it on and....

He went back to Wal-Mart and they gave him a replacement. It was very disheartening at first though.

The Grinch 12-16-14

We grabbed a pizza and drove around town looking at Christmas lights tonight.

We saw this set up with the Grinch and thought it was too perfect!

Christmas Frog 12-15-14

I bought this frog for the front porch in the summer. Dustin told me I should take it down for the Christmas season. He said I could keep it up if I made it festive, So, I put a Santa hat on him!! I think he looks cute!

Gingerbread 12-14-14

My mom got together an amazing Gingerbread house making party tonight. We had all the right decorations to make a wonderful little village! We all had such a great time together tonight!

Twelve Days and a Kitty 12-13-14

We had some of our friend over tonight for a Christmas party. We had decided to all dress up as the different gifts from the Twelve Days of Christmas. Since there was only six of us, we all had to pick to randomly out of a hat. It turned out really fun and our costumes were all pretty great.

Office Party 12-12-14

Dr. Marx at Sneed Eye Clinic took all his employees out to dinner at 178 Club tonight. It was a great time seeing everyone out of the office.

We definitely get spoiled and I have great people to work with!

Friends for Life 12-11-14

After a long day of work we had to go grocery shopping tonight.. I didn't really want to do anything tonight. Shopping with my hilarious, sweet husband was nothing like the chore I thought it would be though. We laughed and joked and had the best time. When you have someone who can make mundane chores something fun they are definitely a catch!

Rare Moment 12-09-14

So Dustin is sick tonight and has already gone to bed by this point. I am sitting on the couch and Blue comes up and cuddles on my chest. We don't get along very well most of the time, so this is very rare. I was his only option for attention for tonight so I would have to do.

Half Way There 12-08-14

We put up the tree tonight and then the lights. We plugged in the lights...and only half of them worked. Ugh. So I went to Wal-Mart to get more but by the time I got back it was too

late to finish up. Oh well, tomorrow we will make it all festive.

Dogpatch USA 12-07-14

Dogpatch USA has a new owner and he has opened up Dogpatch USA for the weekend so that people can walk around the old amusement park before he makes changes. The amusement park closed in 1993 and has been decaying slowly as nature took over the grounds.

The rumor is that the new owner is going to make it into artesion marketplace type set up, but he most certainly has his work cut out for him.
